Have i told you - Chenmin | Xiuchen
Minseok, who was lying on his bed, looked up, "Nothing, i'm so bored"
Jongdae smiled, "Wanna go for a walk?"
"Sure" Minseok got up, grabbed a jacket nearby and headed out with Jongdae.
The weather was getting colder, so there weren't much people on the street. Both of them walked in comfortable silence. Jongdae would often steal glances at his hyung and smiled to himself.
"How can hyung be so cute?" Jongdae thought.
"Jongdae-ah, hyung is hungry, wanna get some food?" Minseok turned to face Jongdae suddenly, making the younger jumped a bit.
"Sure, hyung" Jongdae replied.
The two proceeded to a bread store, Minseok wanted to pay for the steamed buns but Jongdae insisted to pay. After five minutes of quarreling, Minseok finally gave up an let Jongdae do his thing.
"So, what's on your mind?" Minseok asked while munching on his steamed bun.
Jongdae shrugged, "Nothing"
Minseok frowned, "Really? Why would you want to take a walk with me then?"
"Can't i spend sometime with you alone hyung? Do i have to have something on my mind to walk with you?"
Minseok sighed, "Guess not, but you know you can always talk to me if you ever need to right?"
Jongdae smiled, "I know hyung"
One out of the many things that Jongdae loves about Minseok is that he's always so understanding, he's always there whenever Jongdae needed someone to talk to. Always able to listen and give out advices if needed.
The two went on and walked in comfortable silence, once again. They would glance over to check on each other from time to time, but they didn't speak. They didn't need to. They both walked and walked until they were tired. Minseok suggested to stop at a bridge by a river and Jongdae agreed. He didn't care where they were going, as long as he's with Minseok.
"The view is nice isn't it?" Minseok asked, looking at the river in front of them.
Jongdae turned to face Minseok and smiled, "Yeah it is" Jongdae nodded, though his view is a lot different from Minseok.
They stayed like that for a few minutes, Jongdae then slowly wrapped his arms around Minseok. His face rested on Minseok's back, causing the older boy to gasp.
"Jongdae, what are you doing?" Minseok asked softly, his hands touching Jongdae's.
"Hyung, have i ever told you how much i love you? How much i appreciate you in my life?"
Minseok was at a loss for words.
"I really do hyung" Jongdae mumbled.
"I love you too Jongdae-ah"
"Probably not the same way that i love you" Jongdae whispered quietly, "Thank you for always being there for me"
Minseok's heart skipped beat. He wasn't sure if he heard it right. Did Jongdae just confess to him? He didn't dare to ask again, afraid he was wrong.
"Why are you saying this kind of thing Jongdae?"
Jongdae shrugged and slowly backed away from Minseok, "I just wanted to tell you that's all, i just want you to know how much i appreciate you"
Minseok smiled.
"I don't know what i would -"
"Shh" Minseok pulled Jongdae in for another hug, his hand rubbing Jongdae's back, "Have i ever told you how much i love you? How much i appreciate you in my life?"
Jongdae frowned, "Are you making fun of me hyung?"
Minseok giggled and shook his head, "Nope, i really do Jongdae"
Jongdae blushed. Thank goodness Minseok couldn't see him.
"Should we get back to the dorm?" Minseok asked, releasing Jongdae from his grip.
Jongdae felt a heap of disappointment but he smiled nonetheless, "Sure, hyung"
Minseok took Jongdae's hand and they walked back to their dorm, hand in hand, comfortable silence fell upon them once again. They arrived at the dorm almost too fast for their liking, but it didn't matter, as long as they can be with each other.
"Hyung" Jongdae stopped before Minseok opened the door, "Can i sleep with you today?"
Minseok smiled, "Of course"
