Elizabeth Thorne and Lee Taemin
Elizabeth stepped out of the airport along with her best friend, Nicole. She took in a deep breath of fresh air and smiled, "Whoah, this is great !" She turned over to look at her best friend and ask, "Where should we go now ?"
"Let's go get something to eat !" Nicole suggested and Elizabeth nodded.
The two of them walking along side on the crowded street of Seoul. Elizabeth tried her best to stay as close to her best friend as possible. Since, she's not Korean and she doesn't know much Korean. It would be so troublesome if she get lost.
"Whoa, there's so many food here" Elizabeth exclaimed as she was looking at the food stores lining up on the side walk.
"Let's eat that !" Nicole, her best friend said, pointing at the dukbokki stand.
The two quickly rushed to the dukbokki stand, they were so hungry since it's been a long flight. It wasn't like there weren't any food on the airplane, it was just airplane food wasn't the best food, you know ?
"Whoa, this is so good !" Elizabeth said as she stuffed her mouth with dukbokki and her best friend nodded in agreement.
After they were done stuffing their stomachs with foods, the two took a long walk to explore the city of Seoul. A crazy idea popped into Nicole's head.
"Yah, Elizabeth !" She called out and Elizabeth looked at her, "What ?"
"I dare you to jump off that roof !" she pointed at a roof top, not too high but definitely not too low either.
Elizabeth raised her eyebrow then looked at her crazy best friend, "You're on"
Both of them ran up to the roof top, Elizabeth took one deep breath. You probably think it's crazy for a girl to do this, well, actually, it's crazy for anyone to do this. But Elizabeth is just that crazy!
Without hesitation, she jumped off the roof while her best friend cheering in the back. She lost control for a second there and ended up landing on one of her knee and twisted her other ankle.
"Omo, are you okay ?" She heard a male voice coming from the back. She turned around and saw a skinny guy with blonde hair stood there with some of his friends.
She quickly stood up but failed and fell back down on her butt, "Ow ..."
The guys quickly reached for her, the blonde guy sat down next to her and looked at her bleeding knee, "Ah, you're bleeding"
"Are you okay ?" The guy asked again.
She nodded a little, she could understand him a bit but she was in too much pain to say anything else other than 'ow'
The blonde guys turned over to look at his friends, "Hyungs, i don't think she understand what i'm saying"
Actually, she sort of understood but she doesn't know how to reply back to them.
"I'm okay" She managed to say after a little bit of brain searching, "It just hurt a little"
"Are you American ?" The blonde guy asked in English and Elizabeth nodded. He turned to his friends and started speaking Korean again, "Hyungs, she's American !"
"We know Taeminie" The guys said back.
'Hm, Taeminie ? Where have i heard that before ?' Elizabeth thought, 'They look pretty familiar as well'
"Omo Elizabeth ! Are you alright ?!" All of them turned to look at the direction that the voice was coming from, and Nicole was running toward them.
"Where the hell were you ? I sprained my ankle !"
"Ah, sorry Elizabeth" Nicole apologized and when she looked up, she almost fainted as she recognized the guys in front of her, "Omg Shinee !!"
"Shinee ? No wonder why they look so familiar" Elizabeth mumbled, "Nicole ! Help me! Let's go back to our hotel, my ankle hurt like crazy"
Nicole tried to help me up while Shinee whispering something to each other, then the blonde guy looked at her and smiled, "Let us take you guys"
Elizabeth looked over to Nicole to make sure she heard it right that the blonde guy just offered to take them. And Nicole quickly understood Elizabeth's gazed and nodded.
"Yeah, let us take you guys. Our van is near by, you can't walk with your ankle like that" The diva-like guy spoke in perfect-ish English.
"Uhm, thanks" Elizabeth said while Nicole was way too happy to say anything.

Taemin offered to give Elizabeth a piggy back ride to the car since her her ankle hurt. And Elizabeth didn't try to refuse since her ankle really hurt, plus who would refuse such a cute guy ?
On the way to their hotel, they got to know Shinee a bit more, especially with Taemin. Elizabeth and Taemin seemed to get along pretty well, she had never felt so close to anyone, well, except Nicole.
"I'll take you up" Taemin offered again, Elizabeth just nodded shyly.
"Thanks" Elizabeth said as they reached her room.
"No problem" Taemin smiled, "I'll be going now"

Elizabeth winced as the sunlight hit her face and the knocking sounds on her door. She looked around and Nicole wasn't there. Maybe she forgot to take her key with her. Elizabeth limped to the door and open it. To her surprise, it wasn't Nicole.
"Hello"
"O..oh ... Taemin ?"
"Can i come in ?" Taemin asked in English.
Elizabeth just stood there, wasn't sure if she was dreaming or the pain is messing with her head. But she quickly snapped out of it when Taemin waved his hand in front of her face.
"S..sorry"
"Can i come in ?" He asked again and Elizabeth nodded.
"Is your leg better now ?" He asked in Korean this time as he walked in.
"Neh ... "
Taemin stared at Elizabeth's leg, no not in a perverted way, but in a caring way, "You're still limping" He said pointing at her, "I know this really good doctor, i'll take you there"
Elizabeth just widened her eyes and stared at him. 'Why is he so nice ?' - She thought
In the end Taemin took Elizabeth to the doctor, and he fixed her ankle. After that, Taemin invited Elizabeth to a restaurant, the 2 eventually got closer in no time.
Days and weeks passed by, Taemin and Elizabeth became the best of friend, or was it something more ? Well, anyway, It was time for Elizabeth to head back home, she can't be in Korea forever.
"Taemin oppa, i'm going back home tomorrow" Elizabeth said to Taemin who was on the other side of the phone.
"Already ?" He said, she couldn't see his face but she knew that he was frowning.
"Neh~" Elizabeth replied sadly.
"Can't you stay a bit longer ?"
"i wish i can. But i have to go home"
On this side, she could hear Taemin sighed, "Well,i guess this is goodbye ?"
"Ani~ Aren't you gonna see me tomorrow ?"
"i'm not sure, Shinee has a lot of schedules"
"Oh ... " He voiced trailed off, "That's okay, i mean. It's not like I'll be gone forever, I'll come back some other days ... Just hope you still remember me by then"
"Aish, what are you talking about ? Of course I'll remember you. you're my bestie !"
That night the two of them were on the phone talking all night, Elizabeth eventually fell asleep but Taemin didn't hung up on her either.

"Elizabeth, let's go" Nicole called out to her best friend who was still looking around the airport, secretly hoping Taemin would come. But it was probably impossible, Taemin is famous and he has lots of schedules, no way he would cancel his schedule for a 16 year old girl who he will probably won't remember after a few months from now.
"I'm coming" Elizabeth sighed, "I guess this is it"
Elizabeth looked around one last time then at the ticket on her hand. She sighed and slowly walked toward the entrance. That's when she was stopped by a strong pair of arms wrapped around her waist.
"Rap - " She was about to yell rapist, but then she noticed the familiar scent and the skinny but strong pair of arms. She breathed out slowly, hoping she wasn't dreaming.
"You weren't really leaving without seeing me were you ?" The person whisper in her hair, with his arms still around her. Elizabeth slowly turned around to faced the boy, a few tears of happiness rolled down her face, "Taemin oppa !"
"Yah yah, why are you crying ?" He frowned and wiped her tears with his thumbs.
"I thought you weren't gonna come" She cried harder. Taemin then pulled her in closer and hugged her tighter, "How could i not ? You're my bestie ! And i have something to tell you "
Elizabeth wiped her tears away and sniffed, "What is it ?"
Taemin let out a sigh, "Well, you know, when we were hanging out together ... well, somewhere along the way.... i think, i might have .... "
"Might have what ?" She looked at him curiously, his cheeks were starting to turn pink, "I think i might have fallen for you"
Elizabeth gasped at Taemin's sudden confession, and now she felt her cheek getting hotter, "Oppa - ... "
She felt Taemin's hot breath on her skin as he leaned closer, her heart was beating like crazy. She was hoping Taemin didn't hear that, but he probably did, as well as everyone who was in the airport that day. Her dream came true the minute his soft lips touched her. She was dying with happiness. But she was disappointed when Taemin broke the kiss, "You'll come back to see me right ?"
She blushed and nodded slightly, "Of course oppa"
"Good, go in now before you're late" He said with sadness filled in his voice. Elizabeth frowned and touched his face, "I'll be back oppa, wait for me"
This trip was honestly the best thing that ever happened to Elizabeth, i mean, who could say that they escaped to Korea, jumped off a roof and met Shinee ? No one ! And to think that her first kiss was with Shinee's cute maknae, and she was probably his first kiss too ! She got to be the happiest girl on earth !
The minute she stepped foot on the airplane, she promised herself that he will come back and find him no matter what.
